Changes to our Rules of Association - Register here to attend (via Zoom) a Special General Meeting on 20 June 2024.

A Notice of a Special General Meeting has been sent to all our members for approve changes to our Rules of Association. This meeting will focus on voting to change two sections, as per advice received from the ATO on our application for Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status.

As per our current Rules (s31), this is a notice for a Special General Meeting to specifically address the ATOs request.

We will only need a few minutes of your time for the vote; however, it will be great to touch base with you all while we have this opportunity.

Our Aboriginal heritage

The Basin Music Festival Association acknowledges, respects and shares in the customs of the Kulin Nation. We pay our respects to the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation, traditional custodians of the land on which we hold The Basin Music Festival, and pay our respects to their elders past and present.
We extend that same respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, members of the oldest living culture in the world .
