The Basin Music Festival - rock on!

Stallholder applications

The Basin Music Festival (TBMF) is set in the foothills of the beautiful Dandenong Mountains, only 40 minutes east of Melbourne. It is a community festival, with most of the guests and musicians from local suburbs.

The Basin Music Festival 2025 will be held in March 2025. Each year we reach out to all community groups in and around The Basin Triangle and join us in creating a safe, fun, and vibrant environment for us all to have fun and enjoy each other's company.

Community groups are invited to have a stall at our Community Market on Saturday and Sunday. Applications can be made by completing the form below. Before you do that make sure you read the Stallholder Rules and Requirements and the TBMF Child Safeguarding Policy.

Please ensure you scroll down and answer all the questions - SUBMIT button is at the end. To make your payment (if applicable) click here.

We cannot wait to see what great ideas and opportunities are out there and invite interested groups to make an application to be part of this year’s festival. While we are giving priority to community groups and local traders, we are still keen to see who else may want to participate.

Our Aboriginal heritage

The Basin Music Festival Association acknowledges, respects and shares in the customs of the Kulin Nation. We pay our respects to the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation, traditional custodians of the land on which we hold The Basin Music Festival, and pay our respects to their elders past and present.
We extend that same respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, members of the oldest living culture in the world .
