Oh what a night ...  our TRIVIA NIGHT was a huge success, and we raised over $3,500 to help cover the cost of the March 2025 music festival.

The Seniors Hall was bursting at the seams, and the atmosphere was electric. There was so much fun, laughter, joy, and delicious food. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended, generously donated, and participated in the silent auctions. Mark Smith, our Quizmaster extraordinaire kept everyone on their toes and the energy buzzing. Congratulations to our winners - the 'Cheetos (there's a pic on Facebook).

2025 marks the 20th year of The Basin Music Festival and we wish to celebrate this milestone with our communities. To make this possible, we rely on your ongoing support to help cover the expenses. Our performers generously volunteer their time, as do the dedicated individuals working tirelessly behind the scenes. If you'd like to help out, you can donate here or sign up to volunteer here.

Merry Christmas and happy holidays from the TBMF events team.

Our Aboriginal heritage

The Basin Music Festival Association acknowledges, respects and shares in the customs of the Kulin Nation. We pay our respects to the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation, traditional custodians of the land on which we hold The Basin Music Festival, and pay our respects to their elders past and present.
We extend that same respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, members of the oldest living culture in the world .
